Vienna metro homes - for Sale and Rent

Finally, we see some warm days! Of course, the housing market reacts immediately. More properties on the market with each day and buyers jump at any property, especially if it is at the preferred location - walking distance to the Vienna metro! Anything in good condition (and even in not so good) that comes to the market goes. Within a few days there are multiple offers. Buyers - be ready! Get preapproved!. For your info, within the last 2 weeks, 10 properties at the metro went under contract with average days on the market being 6.
