The market has been so slow that I have not been posting any information on the availability of properties for sale or rent near the Vienna metro. If you want to reside near the Vienna metro, it is not easy to find a property. There are not so many houses and condos on the market that are at walking distance to the Vienna metro.For those wishing to buy a property or selling their property as a short sale, the good news is that the American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012 included tax forgiveness for unpaid mortgage debt. So we can expect more short sales on the market.
