Vienna metro homes - Sales and Rentals

The market is still dormant. There are even more buyers now. The properties that have been on the market for quite some time are either in bad condition or (most likely) not in the right location (ground level dark units, for example) or overpriced. One should be really vigilant - if a property with the required criteria comes to the market, you must act immediately. Those looking to buy real estate at walking distance to the Vienna metro will definitely face a lot of competition. These properties on the market as of today:
