Hunters Branch - $600k and 560k - two 3 BR units

townhouses:
Virginia Center- 649k

detached houses:
Poplar Terrace- three houses - 972k, 575k, 510k
Hatmark - 945k

However, rental market near the Vienna metro has more to offer:
condominiums:
Acadia - two 2 BR units - $1,975/mo amd $1,895/mo; 1 BR unit - $1,700/mo
Marquis - two 1 BR units - $1,575/mo and $1,500/mo; two 2 BR units - $1,950/mo and $2,000/mo

townhouses:
Circle Woods- $2,250/mo
Country Creek- -three- $2,450/mo, $2,350/mo and $2,500/mo
Ivy Square - $2,795/mo
Virginia Center - $3,000/mo 
Hunters Branch- $3,200/mo
Vienna metro- $3,100/mo
